Senior Infants Explore Traditional Tales Through Art
Our wonderful Senior Infants have been busy combining their love of storytelling and creativity by creating beautiful artwork based on traditional tales.
The children explored well-known stories such as The Princess and the Pea and Little Red Riding Hood. They listened to the stories, discussed the characters and settings, and then brought them to life through their art.
There were colourful pictures of towering stacks of mattresses with a tiny pea hidden beneath, as well as vibrant forest scenes featuring Little Red Riding Hood on her journey. The pupils used a variety of materials and techniques, showing fantastic imagination and attention to detail.
Well done to our Senior Infants for their amazing work—we have some very talented young artists and storytellers in our school! 🌟🎨
